Auctions

We conduct auctions on behalf of executors of estates, trustees in bankruptcy, lending institutions, insurance companies, municipalities & individuals. We can conduct an onsite public auction or remove items to a suitable location. Using experienced auctioneers and selective advertising has proven to be a successful method of selling personal property of any description. Items are sold in a live auction format to the highest bidder. Auctions like Estate Sales are based on commission. Commission rates vary for each sale.  

Estate Sales

We provide all of the resources needed to sort, organize, display, research, price, advertise and sell the contents of a Home or Estate. Work starts about five or more days before the sale date. We begin by unloading cabinets, closets and drawers so all of the items can be seen, this gives us the opportunity to perform an asset search looking for valuables not related to the sale, Money, Stocks, Bonds, Personal Papers, Special Pieces of Jewelry, Family Photos etc. Items that are found are retained and given to the person responsible for the estate. The sale is organized so that related items are together or in the same area. Items are displayed to create the best presentation for the sale and are priced based on our knowledge of the market and value. We have an extensive reference library and network of individuals with expertise in a specific area. An estate sale will usually run two to three days depending on the quantity of the items. 

Buy Out's and Clean Out's

Another method of liquidation is direct buy out. We will purchase one item or entire contents of an estate or business inventory.

If an auction or estate sale is not an option, we can provide clean out service. We will remove all contents and make the house, building or warehouse "BROOM CLEAN".
